We’ve supported over 20,000 drivers in achieving financial independence and are proud to lead the way in helping private hire drivers transition to a greener future.
Joining Otto Car means becoming part of a fast-paced, values-driven organisation, playing a key role in shaping our future growth and success as we expand regionally.
About the role:
We’re looking for a high performing E-Commerce Manager to lead the launch of our new website and help us build a meaningful e-commerce engine to supplement and turbocharge our existing retail sales channels. Post-launch you’ll own the conversion rate optimisation roadmap, improve site performance and collaborate with a range of stakeholders including marketing, sales and technology to ensure measurable growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
New Website Launch (1 - 6 Months)

- Establish initial conversion funnels and KPIs to measure early performance
- Review and optimise landing pages to support launch campaigns
- Contribute to QA and UAT testing, with a focus on user journeys and performance
- Develop a reporting framework and cadence to track performance during the launch period
Post-Launch & Growth (6 - 18 Months)
- Monitor and continuously improve site performance (speed, mobile usability, navigation)
- Own and manage the A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) roadmap, prioritising key experiments and analysing results
- Identify, analyse, and resolve drop-off points in core customer journeys (search, product/vehicle pages, lead forms, checkout)
- Brief, design, and optimise landing pages for SEO and paid campaign performance
- Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to align on conversion strategies
- Partner with analytics and sales teams to generate insights on customer behaviour and overall site performance
- Work with our sales team to manage stock and pricing to optimise e-commerce performance
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in marketing/e-commerce
- You may also have marketing experience and/or merchandising experience
- Strong knowledge of analytics, conversion and CRO techniques
- Understanding of SEO and paid campaigns performance
- Confident in using data to generate insights, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
